What is the "travertine" ?
Travertine is a type of natural stone like as Marble, Onyx, Granite, Limestone, Sandstone etc. We can basically say "Travertine is a terrestrial sedimentary rock, formed by the precipitation of carbonate minerals from solution in ground and surface waters, and/or geothermally heated hot-springs[1].
It can be in different colours like cream, yellow, red, brown, grey etc. Based on the market they have been selling, they got different names like light travertine, noche travertine, walnut travertine , silver travertine, scobos travertine etc. It is a kind of everlasting material used by civilisations for ages.
