when we talk about the usage of a natural stone product, external environment conditions are important. For example porous stones absorbs more water on outdoor conditions which may make them to get burst because of waters expansion property . According to this we can basically say; it is better to use tougher stones at outdoors especially for the countries which may have colder weather conditions . For example; travertine may get broken more easier then a tough marble, and thinner travertine may get broken more easier then a thicker travertine tile when the weather conditions get lower then +4 centigrade Celsius.
